Introduction:

This User Agreement is a contract between you (the student or user) and Strive Football Academy (the "Academy", "we", or "us"), governing your use of our online soccer course. By enrolling in the course, accessing the content, or using the services provided, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not enroll in or use the course.

Course Enrolment and Account:

1. Enrolment: You are required to pay a one-time fee of £85 to enroll in the course. This fee may be subject to discounts or promotional pricing, which will be honored at the time of purchase only. Future changes in price will not affect the cost of previously purchased courses.

2. Account Creation: Post-payment, you must create an account providing your real name and email address. This account is personal to you and cannot be shared or transferred. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

Use of the Course:

1. License to Use: Upon enrollment and payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the course content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

2. Content Restrictions: You may not copy, redistribute, transmit, assign, sell, broadcast, rent, share, lend, modify, adapt, edit, or create derivative works of any course material. Any unauthorized use of the course content is a violation of these terms and may be subject to legal action.

User Conduct:

1. Compliance: You agree to comply with all local, state, national, and international laws and regulations applicable to your use of the course. You may not use the course in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the course platform or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the course.

2. Prohibited Acts: You are prohibited from engaging in any activity that Strive Football Academy deems to be in conflict with the spirit or intent of the course, including but not limited to circumventing or manipulating our course content or policies.

Payments and Refunds:

• No Refunds: All payments are final and non-refundable except in very unlikely circumstances, where refunds may be granted at the sole discretion of Strive Football Academy.

Intellectual Property:

• Ownership: The course content, including videos, texts, graphics, and all other material, is owned by Strive Football Academy or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws and intellectual property rights.

Amendments:

• Modifications to Agreement: We reserve the right to modify this User Agreement at any time. Such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the revised agreement on the course platform. Your continued use of the course after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

Governing Law:

• Jurisdiction: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
